3.1 Any concerns or complaints related to unethical, illegal, or improper activities should be
reported in writing or via email to the designated Whistleblower Reporting Officer (WRO). The WRO's contact information is mentioned below.
3.2 The report should provide as much detail as possible about the incident, including names, dates, locations, and any supporting evidence or witnesses.
3.3 In exceptional cases, where the whistleblower fears reprisal or believes that disclosing their identity may compromise their safety, anonymous reporting may be allowed. However, genuine concerns may be difficult to address without sufficient information. Therefore, anonymous
complaints may be considered at the discretion of the WRO.
3.4 The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliatory action against the whistleblower, and any personnel found engaging in such behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action.
