What Is WiredScore Platinum Certification?
Connectivity is now one of the first things a serious occupier evaluates in a commercial building, and one of the hardest to verify. Every developer claims their building is well connected. WiredScore certification is the independent standard that proves it.
What WiredScore is
WiredScore is the international certification for a building’s digital infrastructure. Founded in New York and now recognised across global commercial real estate, it assesses how reliably a building delivers connectivity to the businesses inside it, and rates that performance against a consistent global benchmark. It does for digital infrastructure what green-building certifications do for sustainability: replace the developer’s claim with independent, verified proof.
What the certification measures
A WiredScore assessment looks past the promise of connectivity to its resilience. It evaluates a building on factors that determine whether a workplace stays online when it matters, including the choice of internet service providers reaching the building, the redundancy of the network so a single failure does not take a floor offline, the security of the telecom infrastructure, and the building’s capacity to support new technology as demands grow.
The four certification tiers
WiredScore awards one of four ratings: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier sets a higher bar for resilience, redundancy, and readiness. Platinum is the highest rating the standard awards, reserved for buildings that are best-in-class across every measure.
Why it matters for occupiers

AP4 Tech Park is the first development in Pune to earn WiredScore Platinum. A Grade-A campus on Pune-Nagar Road in Wagholi, it was engineered with connectivity built into the structure rather than added afterward, and independently rated at the highest level the standard awards.
